iChefs Ireland goes behind the kitchen pass at standout hotels and restaurants to meet the people shaping modern Irish hospitality.
Each 26-minute episode follows one hotel, one head chef and one signature dish. The result is a personal, cinematic portrait rooted in craft, place and food culture.
Season One is now in pre-production. Filming begins in Cork in February 2027, with the first two episodes dedicated to Cork City and County Cork.
